There is limited capacity for these events, therefore registrations will be on a first-come-first-served basis. ISDA will run subsequent additional events in accordance with member demand.

Once request has been submitted it will be reviewed for appropriateness. Once approved, you will be contacted to confirm participation. Upon confirmation, an invoice for the fee amount will be provided for payment.

Close-out Seminar Fee: $7,000 USD

Fee is per institution based on up to five (5) attendees per institution. Participating institutions agree to use best efforts to provide attendees from different business functions. The primary contact should be a legal representative, the courses are expected to be particularly relevant to operations, credit, risk and recovery and resolution planning professionals.

Cancellation Policy

The Registration fee is refunded if written cancellation is received via email to conferences@isda.org on or before -

It is understood and acknowledged by the institution submitting this registration form that, in submitting a registration form for the ISDA Close-out Seminars, the institution on whose behalf this registration form is submitted agrees to use best efforts to provide a representative from each of the legal, credit, risk and operations functions of that institution (i.e. four individual representatives), and a representative specializing in recovery and resolution planning (if applicable), each with a sufficient level of knowledge and experience of derivatives close-out related practices to ensure their active participation in discussions.

Cancellation Policy

The registration fee is refunded if written cancellation is received via email to conferences@isda.org on or before Wednesday, March 4, 2025 for the March 26, 2025 event in New York, Wednesday, March 12, 2025 for the April 2, 2025 event in London and Tuesday, March 18, 2025 for the April 8, 2025 event In Singapore. Substitutions are accepted, but please notify the ISDA office in advance.

Except as provided in the above cancellation policy, the registration fee is not refundable. In particular, but without limitation, the registration fee is not refundable where ISDA cancels the conference due to circumstances outside of its control.

For the avoidance of doubt, if ISDA cancels a conference for any reason, ISDA will not be responsible for other costs, such as travel, that you may have incurred in connection with your attendance at the conference.

Competition / Antitrust Policy

Delegates must at all times be mindful of and comply with their responsibilities under competition law whilst travelling to and from and attending any ISDA conference. In particular, delegates must not discuss or disclose any commercially sensitive information (including details of prices, sales volumes, strategy, internal business policies and processes, clients lists and details) with any fellow delegate or delegates in violation of the competition rules.

If any delegate has any concern about the propriety of any discussion between delegates, whether during the conference itself or during any break or travel to or from the conference, they should immediately contact ISDA’s General Counsel, Katherine Tew Darras (kdarras@isda.org). Any such concern will be treated in confidence and investigated appropriately by ISDA. You should also report the concern internally to your legal advisor.

Photography / Filming / Conduct Policy

Registration for this event implies permission for ISDA to use, reproduce, edit, publish and distribute any photographs or videos that ISDA or its designated photographer may take of the attendees during the event.

Attendee shall comply with the ISDA Conference, Meeting and Event Code of Conduct as well as the rules of the venue(s) used for this event (venues). Attendee shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by venues, their owners or managers, which results from any act or omission of the Attendee or any of the Attendee's guests. The Attendee’s liability shall also include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Attendee, which arise from or out of the Attendee’s attendance at this event.
