ISDA Accounting Symposium: Digital assets, ESG, DRM, Hedge Accounting and more

Start your 2024 ISDA AGM journey off right by attending ISDA's Accounting Symposium on Digital Assets, ESG, DRM, Hedge Accounting and more under International, US GAAP and local J-GAAP views.

This event will give market participants in derivatives markets an update on the accounting issues that will have an impact due to accounting and regulatory changes. Particular consideration will be given to hot topics such as digital assets including cryptocurrencies, environmental, social and governance (ESG) related transactions and the impact on derivatives, hot topics under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (U.S. GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) with important considerations under Japanese Accounting Standards (J-GAAP), including hedge accounting updates.

This symposium takes place on Tuesday, April 16, the week of the ISDA AGM. Following this symposium you'll be able to enjoy early AGM registration and the arrival hospitality lounge before heading to the ISDA AGM Welcome Reception. 

Simultaneous translation between Japanese and English will be provided.
