BUY-SIDE COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION

To Qualify: Complimentary registration is available to employees of buy side firms only. This qualifies employees at asset managers, hedge funds, mutual funds, pension funds, insurance companies, energy/commodity firms and corporates. Institutions that have a proprietary trading arm but also provide services to other market participants do not qualify as buy side even if they are the clients of service providers. All requests for complimentary registration to the ISDA Derivatives Trading Forum Tokyo 2025 are subject to ISDA approval.

Group Discount Available

Groups of three or more attendees from the same firm can receive a 20% discount on event registrations. To register your group, please email isdaconferencetokyo@isda.org.

Registration for this event will close 24 hours before the event. 

Attending In-person:

• Registration must be received 24 hours prior to the event. Attendance is by pre-registration only, NO walk-ins will be accepted. 
• By registering you must agree to adhere to ISDA guidelines for attendance outlined in the policies on the registration form, subject to change in accordance with local government guidance and mandates. For additional information please view our full in-person attendance policy here.
• Registration fee is for one person to attend the entire event. Pass may not be split between multiple attendees.
